Joe Womack
Joe Womack, President, brings nearly 30 years of executive management and leadership experience to CapRock Services. From 1989 to 2003, Joe developed and led Sun Microsystems' business-owner sales channel. Under Mr. Womack's leadership, America's Channels grew from $30MM in annual sales to a peak of over $3.7BN in 2001. Widely recognized for his strategic thinking, business acumen, leadership development, and mentoring skills, Joe earned Sun's coveted Leadership Award in 1998. He retired from Sun in 2003 to focus on his family, develop his real estate portfolio, pursue other business interests and obtain a MABS from Dallas Theological Seminary, which he completed in 2009. One of Joe's passions in life is to help entrepreneurs develop successful businesses, which drives his leadership philosophy at CapRock Services. Joe and his wife Jill have been married for 30 years and have two children, Faye and Warren.

Luke Schmille
Luke joined the CapRock team in 2013 as Senior Vice President of Operations after serving as Vice President of Capital Access Network, Inc. He gained experience as a sales and business development executive while a Vice President for First Data in Atlanta, Georgia, and also at Equifax in Brea, California. He has experience in third party acquisition as well as an in depth knowledge of the electronic payment systems industry. His exceptional interpersonal skills create goal driven results.Luke proudly served as a United States Marine and was educated at Washburn University.

Dana Fricke
As Vice President of Finance & Administration, Dana Fricke brings 20+ years of experience in accounting, finance, risk management, and private equity. She is responsible for all accounting, finance, legal and administration for CapRock Services. Dana began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick after graduating from The University of Texas at Austin. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1989 and has held multiple senior leadership roles in diverse industries.

Dennis Beach
Dennis came on board in 2012 to assist during the transition phase of an asset purchase. His experience and skill in human capital were an invaluable resource during that exciting time and ultimately lead to his permanent employment with CapRock Services. Dennis spent the bulk of his career as a senior executive with a steel and integrated cement manufacturer. While he was Vice President Administration for Chaparral Steel, the company was cited by Fortune Magazine as one of the 100 Best Companies to work for. His portfolio contains Human Capital, Information Technology, Legal, Governmental and Local affairs. He came out of retirement to be an advisor to a family business. Invigorated by the entrepreneurial spirit of a small business, Dennis was excited to bring his wealth of knowledge in Organizational Development and Compensation Planning to the CapRock Service Team.

Dennis graduated with a BBA from Southern Methodist University and has been active in many of Dallas' civic and cultural activities.
